“Didn't realise this was a contactless hotel with no reception. I checked in later in the day after driving up from Melbourne. Didn't realise ther was no ironing board in the room. I had a function that evening and needed to iron my clothes. I sent a text message to the hotel and called but there was no answer. Thanksfully, a man arrived within 20 minutes to deliver an iron and ironing board. Other than that, and the cramped parking, my stay was great. Just request ahead of time if you need to……

“Great location. Walk to the main street and nice layout of park. Awesome water park and heated pool, which the kids loved. Good communal facilities. Cabin was clean and neat. Only issue was the use of cleaning chemicals and/or air scent which caused an allergic reaction for one guest. Also, we had 4 guest but there were only 3 dinning chair!? Otherwise had a lovely stay.”

“Gardens were beautiful. Didn’t see staff but that was ok as self check in and out was easy. The rooms needed a bit of maintenance. In particular the deck with leaking guttering dripping over doorway and very uneven floor decking. Amenities were good and it was a lovely place to stay.”
